WIW?
It’s that time of the month so my -0.3 lbs weight loss seems like a super accomplishment. That’s from Sunday too. I’m sad that this is my first WIW since it’s not much of a WIW. Goals for July.
Lose 5 pounds. Just want to be realistic. Be able to run for 5 minutes straight. Knit, sew, or do something creative/”active” if I’m watching TV. Work out fail!
Does anyone else have a hard time working out while it’s that time of the month? I was on the treadmill for like 10 minutes and felt completely light headed. Is it just me?

Wondering.

Hi, My Name is Sarah and I'm a Calorie Counter...
Not any more! That didn’t work for my before. When I was at Jenny Craig they had to keep INCREASING my calories because I wasn’t losing weight on the 1200 plan they had me on. Go figure. Ok. Weakness for popcorn.
Tip: Safflower oil is better for you than Canola oil. Canola oil is still a great oil to use though, don’t get me wrong. And if you make popcorn with Safflower oil it actually tastes like buttered popcorn. I don’t know why. Just awesome and delicious. It’s the MUFAs!
