Using this unusual time of quite I started thinking, mainly about my work out and how much I love it. But then… the thoughts turned to “why did it take me so long to start?”
That, was an easy...

10 Ways to Get Psyched for Weight Loss
I subscribe to a “Diet & Nutrition” enewsletter from EverydayHealth.com and I saw this really interesting article. I thought it was relevant. I’ve seen quite a few people disappointed in themselves or near giving up. This is definitely worth a read, even if you’re doing great :-)
Losing weight — and keeping it off for good — requires both physical and mental...
Anonymous asked: I would like to say that your progress to being healthy is going pretty awesome. You're looking really good and obviously you seem really happy about that. Good work!
P.S. I don't usually give beauty advice but have you ever tried thinning your eyebrows? Mine are bushy and one day I had decided to get them thinned out and found out that it thad thinned my face a bit :)

Weigh in Wednesday: The Let's Try This Again...
Now that the frustration has subsided, I have gained some clarity on the situation. Also, I need to start taking my own advice. It was just a shock. And definitely something I wasn’t expecting.
First of all, thank you to all of you who left me “f*ck the numbers”-esque comments.
Second of all, after talking to my hubs and my mom, I realized a few things:
There is and has...

Review of My HRM!
So a couple of people have asked me about my HRM. So I figured why not write a review?! And, you know, stop failing at blogging lol
———-
This is probably the coolest thing I own. A little sad, yes, but so much fun!
The Polar FT7 is, for lack of a better term, amazing.
For each work out, it tracks your average heart rate, max heart rate, calories burned, and time spent at a...

Tumblr Tuesday-ish
Ok, so even though the Directory has all but become extinct, I still wanna do a Tumblr Tuesday. There are so many fitblr and so many amazing people who a lot of people don’t know about.

I love all these women!
(P.S. Guys… I’m disappointed, not a single one of you made the list, what gives?)...

NSV #2 — I’m wearing a shirt right now that I wore on Thanksgiving (‘09). It barely came to my belly button and was skin tight. Now, it’s too loose around the middle (I stretched it...
