Hydrated?
My sister taught me this fun, new and addictive way to check if you’re hydrated or dehydrated.
With your index finger straight, pinch the skin above your knuckle and let go. If the skin doesn’t immediately lose the pinch shape you just made you’re dehydrated.
Seriously. Try it. I do it all the time now. It’s hilariously addictive.

Finals are over (HALLELUJAH!) and yet my to do list isn’t really any shorter.
Life has really been overwhelming lately.
