Anonymous asked: Just wondering if you knew, but you're ugw would still leave you in the 'overweight' bracket as they call it. Is that just a aim or...?x
I do know that. However, I’ve been 175 lbs before and I didn’t like the way my body looked, I felt like I looked like Skelator.
I never said 185 lbs was my ugw—it’s in the lower part of the overweight bracket btw—it’s just my goal weight and I’ll figure out where to go from there. Since the BMI chart is rubbish, I’m not really relying on what it says.
I care more about how I feel. If I hit 185 lbs and think, “hmmm, I want to lose a little more.” Then so be it. But if I get to 185 lbs and think “damn it feels good to be a gangsta.” I’m done.
