Week 12? So does that mean it’s over?? I can’t do math obviously.
Starting weight: 209.4 lbs
Current weight: 199.3 lbs
10% of body weight: 21 lbs
Weight lost so far: 10.1 lbs (4.8%)
Remaining: 10.9 lbs
No where close to the 10 percent. BUT I do think that losing almost 5% of your body weight in 3 months is still pretty awesome. I mean, non-awesome people (i.e. not us) could have gained that much.
P.S. I’m extending my 10% in 4 to 10% in 6.
[Non-sequitor] Now, in 1993 I was 6 1/2 and was in 1st grade. I like my weight being a year that I can relate to. I have thought 198.6 to do this. So be ready :-)
