Wheat-free, Gluten-free, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
P.S. Best cookies I’ve ever made!
Ingredients:

2 3/4 cups almond flour/meal1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp (sea) salt1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1/3 cup canola oil1 tablespoon ground flaxseed1/4 cup (plus a dash) unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:
Mix the first three ingredients together. 
Mix the remaining  ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, together in a separate bowl. 
 Combine and add chocolate chips. 
Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes. These are  really delicate cookies so keep them small.
It will end up making like 40 haha but they taste almost like peanut butter cookies
Note: If you want to use a different flour, add a cup less flour then  listed above. Also, the cook time may be longer by a minute or so. Double also, I’m working on an apple sauce instead of sugar version. So I might be updating this soon.
Nutritional value: 1 cookie (if you make 40)
