Fast walk with dad this morning. Really working on pushing him. -191 cals
Then a “run” on the elliptical. I wanted to prove that the distance was wrong so I tracked it. I’m excited that my mile time is getting back down. -395 cals
The bottom picture includes the elliptical. I also did 4 sets of WEIGHTED (6lbs) Russian twists and 15 mins light stationary bikeness.
Then I came home and did almost 29 mins of very sweaty yoga with dad.
To say I’m on a bit of an endorphin high is an understatement. I don’t think I’ve stopped moving today.
