
My quads are KILLING ME!! Like. They hurt to touch. If I keep my legs bent too long. And straighten. PAIN. If I keep my legs straight too long. And bend. PAIN!
Maybe a cardio day with elliptical after a hardcore leg day wasn’t the best idea.
Ugh. And I foam rolled.
On the plus side though. My legs are lookin’ rockin’.
