This. Work out. ROCKED! I KICKED MY OWN ASS! I was dripping sweat & felt like vomiting on numerous occasions, which = win in my book.

Triceps
Tricep extensions — 3 x 10 @ bar
Tricep pull downs - cables: rope — 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs
Tricep dips — 3 x 10

Abs
Bench extensions — 5 x 10
Ab machine — 3 x 10 @ 50 lbs

Legs
Leg extensions — 3 x 10 @ 50 lbs
Leg curls (hamstring) — 3 x 10 @ 5 lbs (+ whatever bar weighs)
Calf press — 3 x 10 @ 25 lbs (+ whatever bar weighs)
Leg press — 3 x 10 @ 150 lbs

Cardio
Elliptical — 10 minutes (warm up, varied ramps)
Recumbent bike — 13 minutes (cool down)

Lite stretching — 5 minutes

Calories burned (according to MFP) = 532
Calories burned (according to HRM) = 740
