So. Somebody asked me to do a side by side of the two dress attempts. 

Here it is. 

I was about 200 lbs for the first attempt (about 3” to go). I am about 177 lbs on the right, zipped up like a dream. 

So less than 30 lbs, but about 20 inches lost. 

Either way. I’ll take it. (I seriously doubted myself that I would be getting into this dress by November. Now if I can keep the status quo til then we’ll be good!)

Challenge achieved.

From “muscle?” definition to “muscle!” definition! HAZZAH!

Anyway. Today’s work out killed me less. But ball slams? Not a fan.

Work out: 3 sets each—20 lbs ball slams, chest press, shoulder press, lat pull down, back exercise w/ resistance band, 30 mins on exercise bike. 

Now onto laundry and meal planning and grocery shopping because I avoided it yesterday. 

Calories burned: 410

(I am way into progress pictures right now, apparently)
250 lbs vs. 197 lbs.
I literally feel like I look like I am half (a third?) the size I was there (on the left). And that’s not even my highest weight.
And I have a waist (in comparison). Holler.
P.S. This is just from diet change. Food. Food can make this difference. Simply food. I love food. And nutrition.

Late to the party, but Flashback Friday.

Couple things. One I was a damn stylish child. And yes, I am wearing a dress with a bikini top and a grass skirt over it (bottom right corner of the top picture). And two, I was a thin child and preteen which is part of where my past ED stems from. I also remember what it was like to be thin, which is difficult.

Oh well. I was a damn adorable child. hahahah

Anywho. I just did the math and in less than a month Pete & I have paid off $1,545 of our credit card debt.
Only 7 more months of this and we’ll have paid off the debt (NOT counting my student loans) and have $1,000 saved towards a house.
Let this be a lesson to you youngin’s.
Credit cards are the devil.
