So, yesterday morning I got a call from Amy asking if I could come in yesterday instead of today. I figured it was cause I was her only client today and she wanted to spend the day with her kids (I was right, point Sarah). So of course I said yes.
She was so thrilled she gave me an hour training instead of 30 minutes. We did it like a sandwich, 30 mins with her, then 30 mins on the elliptical then 30 more minutes with Amy.
It was fabulous. Hard as heck, but fabulous. And my legs kind of resemble jell-o today.

On a more personal note, I met my bestie yesterday at Starbucks to talk about her wedding. AND!!!!
SHE ASKED ME TO BE HER MAID OF HONOR!!!!!! (P.S. I don’t care if I’m technically a matron of honor cause I’m married. I don’t like the word matron, it makes me sound like I’m in my 40s….so I’m sticking with maid of honor.) To say I am excited is an understatement.
Now I have double reason to kick my butt. 1 to try to reach my goal weight by my birthday, which also happens to be her wedding day. 2) Pictures. Eeep!

I ran a 5k today on the elliptical.
Last 5k I did was a year and a half ago and it was like 50 mins. And I just walked. And it was almost too much.
Cut 15 mins.

Today’s workouts.
Yes. Plural!
Fast walk with dad this morning. Really working on pushing him. -191 cals
Then a “run” on the elliptical. I wanted to prove that the distance was wrong so I tracked it. I’m excited that my mile time is getting back down. -395 cals
The bottom picture includes the elliptical. I also did 4 sets of WEIGHTED (6lbs) Russian twists and 15 mins light stationary bikeness.
Then I came home and did almost 29 mins of very sweaty yoga with dad.
To say I’m on a bit of an endorphin high is an understatement. I don’t think I’ve stopped moving today.
Unless folding laundry counts.

I’m excited how often I’ll start at a weight I was doing and do one rep before I utter the sentence “this is too light.”
When I started. My biceps were at 10 lbs, and I think my triceps were too. I’ve now quadrupled my weight!
